Multi-Generational Mentorship & Support
Research shows that recent graduates under the age of 35 have different expectations from their alumni associations than previous generations. Understanding this new demographic is essential for the future success of our HBCU alumni. By participating in various college fairs in the Inland Empire, we proudly showcase the benefits of attending an HBCU like Clark Atlanta University. We strive to partner with universities whenever possible to create meaningful opportunities for alumni engagement and to enhance the promotion and coordination of collegiate programs and events. Our commitment remains strong as we inspire alumni of all generations to contribute their time, talents, and financial support to uplift the current and future student body.
Social Engagement
We are passionately committed to working hard and fostering vibrant connections within our community. As proud HBCU alumni members, we cherish the opportunity to gather and socialize with fellow alumni and students. Through our engaging events—such as cookouts, outings, and mixers—we aim to unite alumni across the Inland Empire, address the needs of our current students, and celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of CAU, and other HBCU alumni members.
Our mission goes beyond mere gatherings; we strive to create meaningful opportunities for community engagement, volunteerism, and professional growth. We are dedicated to empowering our young leaders while nurturing a dynamic global university community. Together, we can inspire, uplift, and transform our collective future.
Book Stipends & Scholarships
We recognize the challenges that many students encounter on their educational journey, and our mission is to create a nurturing environment where support and mentorship can flourish. Understanding the financial burdens that come with college, we have dedicated thousands of dollars to provide book stipends and other essential resources for new HBCU students in the Inland Empire. Our goal is to ensure they have access to the books and materials they need to succeed. Thanks to the generosity of our kind donors, we are also able to offer a $2,000 scholarship to help deserving students who are seeking a little extra support during this important time in their lives.
Community Outreach Programs
As part of our community outreach program, Alumni Panthers is dedicated to supporting extremely low-income students in the Inland Empire who struggle to access basic necessities. We understand the challenges faced by local youth who are in need of toiletries, backpacks, and school supplies, and we are here to help. Our charitable initiatives are aimed at uplifting those in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, as we strive to provide food, clothing, and our time to various local causes. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those who need it most.
